Individual Pricing
Evaluation
$300
Required for all therapy services
90- minute evaluation that includes a family interview, observations of your child, development of a plan for therapy, and strategies to get you started immediately. A full evaluation report will be provided for your personal records and healthcare team.
Treatment Session
$160
53 minute in-person sessions that are intentional and relevant to the goals that are most meaningful to YOU. Each session will include hands-on work with your child, caregiver training, and weekly activities for you to complete with your family between sessions. Cell phone pictures and videos are encouraged so you see the changes in your child and remember what you are learning.
Telehealth Session
$160
53 minute virtual sessions that are intentional and relevant to the goals that are most meaningful to YOU! You will receive an email one day prior that will include login information, materials needed, and an overview of the planned session. Just like OT in-person, each session will include skill building with your child, caregiver training, and activities for you to complete with your family between sessions.
Consultation
$120 per hour
Sometimes families need more support than can be provided within the treatment hour. Video or phone consultations are a great option to converse away from your child or to go more in depth on an education topic. It is also a great option for family conferences or helping coordinate care between members of your child’s healthcare team. The structure of consultations will vary depending on your unique needs. Available by appointment as needed.
